Step 1. Download these files: firefox-dbg, firefox-globalmenu, and firefox.

Step 2. cd into whatever directory you have them in, then do:

sudo dpkg -i firefox_*.deb
sudo dpkg -i firefox-dbg*.deb
sudo dpkg -i firefox-globalmenu*.deb
