Recently, I purchased a WatchGuard XTM515 Firewall for our company usage. Its price is lower than CISCO and Juniper, but higher than Zyxel and Huawei. So far, WatchGuard is very stable and easy to use. I configured it as the following screen dump for your reference. As a conclusion, I will recommend WatchGuard XTM515 Firewall you.

Procedure to create hyperlink in WordPress

Procedure to create a hyperlink of a word or phase for your post or page in WordPress:

step 1) highlight the word or phase in your post or page,

step 2) click “Insert/edit link” button in tool bar,

step 3) type-in the URL/Title and click/unclick the “Open Link in a new window/tab” (this is the choice for open link in new screen or original screen),

step 4) confirm by pressing the “Add Link” button.

Note: you can delete the hyperlink by click the “Remove link” button in tool bar.

We have our own backup platform. Daily backups are replicated in 3 different data centers.
Backup history is kept during 3 months for each customer: 7 daily, 4 weekly, 3 monthly.

IT人在工廠日記 – 国内过年前的治安问题

近期我的国内厂区附近发生多起开小车人员，以借手机打电话的名义实施抢夺案件，因为临近年关，是抢盗案件的高发期，所以提醒大家，近期在国内要特别小心治安。

温馨提醒国内工作的人：在个人住所处(厂内宿舍、出租屋等)请勿存放大量现金和贵重物品，个人银行卡和身份证务必分开及要妥善存放。外出时，尽量多人结伴同行，注意四周环境，个人财物不要过度外露，马路上尽量少打电话，更不可将手机借给陌生人，以防止被盗窃、被抢夺。遇到紧急情况，请勿慌张，应及时向路人求救及报警。

 

关于中国2015年社会保险缴费工资和缴费基数调整

根据东莞《中华人民共和国社会保险法》和《社会保险费征缴暂行条例》
有关规定,东莞市社会保障局要求各企业单位从2015年1月1日起,按东莞
市职工月平均工资2139元标准调整社会保险费缴费工资。按社保分档级缴费
方式,调整后各档级缴费工资标准如下。

1、各档级缴费工资标准
第一级:员工、组长、助理、文员、管理,申报缴费工资为2139元;
第二级:主管,申报缴费工资为2150元;
第三级:工程师,申报缴费工资为2160元;
第四级:经理、高级工程师,申报缴费工资为2170元;
第五级:副总、总经理,申报缴费工资为2180元.

2、各级次个人缴交费用
第一级:市内194.34元/人/月,市外183.65元/人/月;
第二级:市内195.28元/人/月,市外184.53元/人/月;
(第三级:市内196.13元/人/月,市外185.33人/月;
第四级:市内196.98元/人/月,市外186.13元/人/月;
第五级:市内197.83元/人/月,市外186.93元/人/月.
